  • Chat Mobility Launches Customer Service Campaign

    Emerson, IA – April 25, 2017 – Chat Mobility announced the launch of their “Service is my Middle Name” campaign today. The campaign capitalizes on the personalized service offered by the team at Chat Mobility and utilizes Chat Mobility sales representatives, customer service representatives, technicians and management to communicate that service is the responsibility of every team member. The campaign highlights video footage of Chat Mobility team members combined with photos, radio spots and social media coverage.

  • Chat Mobility School Rebate Program Provides Over $226,690.11 Since Inception

    Emerson, IA—December 2016— Chat Mobility culminated another successful year of their School Rebate Program. Over $225,000 has been donated to area schools since the program began in 2008. The School Rebate Program is offered at no charge to all Chat Mobility customers. The customer simply selects the school of their choice and Chat Mobility donates 2.5% of that customer’s monthly access fee to that school.

  • Chat Mobility Gives Back to Community During Holidays

    Emerson, IA—December 2016— Chat Mobility has taken the opportunity this holiday season to give back to the communities they serve. They recently adopted a family during the Shenandoah “Adopt-a-Family” program and were able to provide necessities and “wish list” items for the family. The program this year will assist 67 families with a combined 167 kids.
