*Basic monthly access rate calculated before all taxes and fees and applies to select lifeline plans. Chat mobility offers three basic Lifeline plans that do not require a credit check and/or deposit: other plans may require a credit check and/or deposit. Lifeline credit amount varies by region. **Feature roaming minute packages are used first if customer chooses any of these three options. Excess roaming minutes will be billed @ $.39/minute. If customer declines a roaming minute package feature, a $.39/minute flat roaming rate will apply on any minute used outside the customer’s home area also referenced as the carrier’s Licensed Market Area.
