*Basic monthly access rate calculated before all taxes and fees and applies to select lifeline plans. Chat mobility offers three basic Lifeline plans that do not require a credit check and/or deposit: other plans may require a credit check and/or deposit. Lifeline credit amount varies by region. Wireless phone must be purchased from Chat mobility on its current (CDMA) technology, if an existing wireless phone is used for service, it must have originally been purchased from Chat mobility and on Chat mobility CDMA technology platform. **Feature roaming minute packages are used first if customer chooses any of these three options. Excess roaming minutes will be billed @ $.39/minute. If customer declines a roaming minute package feature, a $.39/minute flat roaming rate will apply on any minute used outside the customer’s home area also referenced as the carrier’s Licensed Market Area.
