Call Forwarding
Allows you to redirect incoming calls to any phone number you wish.
- To Program:
Press *72 and the number you want your calls forwarded to, then press SND. After you hear a series of tones, press, END.
- To Cancel:
Press *73 and SND. After you hear a series of tones, press END.
Call Diversion
When Call Diversion is programmed on your cellular phone and you receive an incoming call,
it will ring four times (allowing you to answer if you wish) before it diverts to the programmed number.
- To Program:
Press *71 and the number you want your calls forwarded to, then press SND. After you hear a series of tones, press END.
- To Cancel:
Press *73 and SND. After you hear a series of tones, press END.
Call Waiting
Allows you to receive an incoming call while already on your cellular phone.
- When you hear a beep during a call, a second caller is trying to reach you.
- Press SND to answer.
- When your second caller disengages, stay on the line and your first caller will return.
- Or, press SND to go back and forth between callers.
Three-Way Calling
Allows you to add a third person to your conversation.
- With one call in progress, press SND and dial the next party
- Press SND.
- After your next party answers, press SND again to add your first party back into the conversation.
Chat Voice Mail
To set up your voice mailbox from your cellular phone
- Dial *86 + SND
- When the greeting begins press the # key
- When requested enter the default password (12345)
- Follow prompts
To set up your voice mailbox from a landline phone
- Dial your 10-digit Chat mobility phone number
- When greeting begins press the * key
- When requested enter the default password (12345)
- Follow prompts
- While listening to a message;
- The 1 key will restart the message
- Press 3, 3 will take you to the end of the message
- Press 3, 3, 7…this will take you to the end of message and delete it.
To temporarily disable and reactivate voicemail
- To disable; dial *770+SND
- To reactivate dial *77+SND
Caller ID Blocking
- Dial *67 and the number you are calling
